Dan Swainston5 February 2026We met with the Moyes brothers at their showroom, they showed us all their options for windows and sliding panel doors. We appreciate their knowledge in coming up with the right combination to make the a perfect fit. Placing our order was easy and fast. The installation of the sliding doors was technical because of a slight slope in the floor, the installers figured it out and made it work very efficiently. We appreciated Cesar and Julio for their expert craftsmanship in installing the sliding doors. We will enjoy these windows and doors for years to come.Posted on Google

Aaron Stuart26 January 2026Moyes Glass is the best company to use for small or large projects. Tonie went above and beyond to make sure everything worked out. She bid on my windows for a custom residential home that required 3 bids. 1 other company said they couldn't supply the windows due to the unusual sizes, the other company, using the same window manufacturer said they could do it but would have to drastically change my plans. Moyes not only beat the other bids, but Tonie slightly modified the configuration, worked with the manufacturer, and provided the windows I needed on time. Everything fit perfectly and I would recommend Moyes on all projects if you value your money or time.Posted on Google

Brian Chatterton31 December 2025We had an immediate need for window replacement in our truck shell, and Moyes came to the rescue. We had spent all of the previous day looking for options, and there were none given. Everyone had pretty much told us to forget it, and put plywood on it as we were headed on the road. As an afterthought, I called Moyes, they had me bring the truck by for evaluation, and boom, they were able to take care of the problem. Thank you Moyes, and shout out to the technician Adrian. Great work.Posted on Google

Angela N4 May 2024Came out to replace our sliding glass door. The installers were very nice and professional. They accidentally broke a tile because of how everything was attached (I really do not believe it was their fault, things were attached wonky from the person who sold us the house) and offered to cut and install a new tile since we had several spares. Overall they did an excellent job. The door handle was a different color than the door and they had the correct one delivered later that week. Definitely happy with the door and the installation process.Posted on Google

Caitlyn Wayment21 March 2024We recently had 7 windows replaced on our home by Moyes Glass and have nothing but great things to say!! We had great communication while waiting for our windows to be in and we’re given updates. Our installers were great, even worked during a wind storm but took their time to make sure things were done good. We had one giant window that left a pretty decent hole on the inside, they let us know they would come be back to patch it as it was the end of the day. They showed up first thing the next morning and got it completely taken care!! Over the weekend we noticed one of the screens on the new window w as torn, I reached out Monday morning about it and they had someone come pick it up to fix it that morning. Rob came out the following day and returned a brand new screen and installed it for me. He even went out of his way to fix another screen on an older window we didn’t have replaced while he was there because he saw it was coming undone. Nothing but great service! And we are so happy with our new windows!! So happy we went with Moyes Glass! They will get our recommendation always!!!Posted on Google
Emily Hess13 March 2024
The positive: Good installation - installers did a great job; they seemed to work as quickly as possible, and left no mess behind. Our new windows are lovely. The negatives: Customer service: yikes. Had to make multiple calls over months to find out what the heck happened to my order. Kept getting the run-around. Nobody except the last gal I spoke with was particularly kind or helpful.Posted on Google
Dahlia Nelson13 March 2024Rob went above and beyond to help me today! I had 4 windows that needed to be completely replaced. And the original measurements were off. He took extra time and extra trips to get those windows done! No residual glass left behind. I appreciated his communication and attention to detail! What a trooper to work out in cold cloudy weather! The windows look amazing 👏 thank you thank you thank you from the bottom of my heart!Posted on Google

Stephanie Monson6 March 2024Moyes Glass came highly recommended to us by a family member/former customer when we were renovating our home in 2020. Even though we live out of their normal service area, Justin, our salesman, was wonderful to work with, spent a lot of time with me discussing our window needs, and answering all my questions with patience, kindness, and no pressure. We hired Moyes Glass to replace all the windows on our main floor, and to also install the glass for our European style master shower. Everything turned out just beautiful!! Great installers, and wonderful customer service...they were great with answering our calls, being on time, and keeping their appointments. Fast forward to almost 4 years later, a crack appeared out of nowhere in our large living room window. I worked again with Justin and the office staff to determine if it was still under warranty from the manufacturer. It wasn't, but Justin was so kind, told me he'd get me a good price to replace the glass, and they were able to order the exact replacement pane with our original manufacturer without even needing to come back out to the house for a service call or to take measurements. Even though Justin was our original salesman, and not over repair or warranty work, he picked right up when I called him, listened to and helped me, and coordinated everything to get our broken window replaced. Yesterday, I got a call from Moyes Glass that the replacement glass was in (before their anticipated timeframe) and that they could come out to replace it that day. Again, we live out of their normal service area, but they made the trip and arrived in the time frame they had specified. Our installers/repairmen were Adam and Josh and they were amazing!! I told them that the crack in the glass appeared with no impact point, and we wondered how it had happened. When they removed the framing around the glass, Adam saw the cause of the crack: the glass behind the frame in the corner of the window was all chipped and compromised, and had come that way from the manufacturer. Adam had me come look and take photos, and I called Justin to ask if they or the manufacturer would cover the cost of the replacement glass. Justin again immediately answered my call and tried to find a resolution for me. He had Amy from the office call the manufacturer immediately and ask them if they would cover it; unfortunately they would not. Amy called me right back and let me know the news, but said she had talked to Justin and he would be calling me, that they would take off some of the amount of our bill to help us out. I was so grateful as it wasn't their fault, but they wanted to help make it right. At that point, Adam and Josh had finished replacing the glass and were ready to go. I asked Adam if he would be willing to look at the lock on our office window as we hadn't been able to get it to lock. He was so gracious, immediately said yes, and spent a good amount of time troubleshooting and trying to figure out the problem, as it wasn't straightforward. With Josh assisting, Adam (obviously an expert of window repair and replacement) came up with a solution, fixed the problem, and now our office window locks!! I was so grateful and asked what we owed them, and they told me not to worry about it. Adam and Josh worked hard and efficiently, were so kind and gracious to me, and were done with both repairs in less than an hour. Incredible!! Justin called me a short time later, told me he had talked to Amy, Adam, and Josh, talked over our situation and offered to take over $200 off the cost of our replacement glass, and no charge for the lock repair. Unbelievable customer service!!! Moyes Glass is a great company to do business with and has AMAZING employees! A BIG shoutout of gratitude to JUSTIN, ADAM, JOSH and AMY for exceptional customer service, who went above and beyond in taking care of us, and were truly such a pleasure to work with!!!Posted on Google

Corinne Jensen24 February 2024My husband and I walked into the shop 15 minutes before closing time. We met Brian and he was kind enough to quickly show us a couple of steel door options before closing. We found exactly what we wanted and bought 2. A few days later we called back with window questions we were so impressed with Brian. He bid the windows and we placed the order. Fast forward a few months the windows and doors are delivered and installed. Riley helped coordinate delivery and I can’t say enough good about this whole experience. Every person from Brian to Riley to the delivery guys were professional. The windows and doors are fantastic. Finding Moyes Glass when building our home has been a terrific experience.Posted on Google
Thomas Pruess21 February 2024Moyes sold me the original windows 14 years ago. When the seal leaked on a few of them and I called Moyes this year, they informed me that the manufacturer had been purchased by another company who were no longer honoring the warranty of the original manufacturer. However, since Moyes sold them to us they said they would do what they could to resolve the problem. They ended up seriously discounting the replacement glass and installation. When Rob came out to install the glass he was prompt and very courteous. He took his shoes off and on everytime he went outside. He did the work outside to take apart the frames, install the new panes, and put everything back together, keeping the house clean and uncluttered in the process. The whole job took about as long as we had been told and overall we are very pleased with the work and the effort Moyes made to make this situation right.Posted on Google
Kristine Kuntz30 January 2024Kudos to Jeremie & staff for helping me fix my elderly Mothers window. Jeremie was early to his appointment with us & very efficiently gave us a very reasonable quote, ordered the parts & let us know that installation people would call us soon for an installation date. We then asked him to look at the back patio door. He gave an honest answer about the problem & information on when it should be replaced. We will definitely be having it replaced with Moyes. Thank you Moyes Glass for taking good care of a bad situation so quickly & sending Jeremie.Posted on Google

Steven Petroff20 October 2023I'm very happy with the installation of the new sliding glass door. Joe and Raul did a fantastic job with the complicated existing conditions, going above and beyond by returning to the shop to pick up a few custom trim pieces to finish off the door. They were quick in their work, friendly, and very professional. Looking forward to the new door. Thank you!Posted on Google

Sydney Moore4 September 2023Disappointed. Had our windows done in June, glass was shattered all through our house inside and outside!! They unplugged a security camera inside our home, left a pry bar on my pillow in the bedroom, glass all through our bedding, and writing on our new windows. We went to them and told them our issues, they deducted $200 off after we asked, we are thankful for that. They then sent their guys back to our house to “clean” up the glass, they were at our house for a solid 2 minutes, we went and checked the yard to see if they cleaned it all up, they did not, instead it looked as if they just pushed the dirt around to bury the glass. We also asked for them to clean the writing off the window, which they did not. It is now August, we STILL find shards of glass all through our backyard, we pick up handfuls of glass all the time. We have two dogs who love the backyard, but we have to be cautious because of the glass shards. We are just disappointed in Moyes, glass can be very harmful! The windows are great and we love them, the men were very careless and messy in our home. The first photo is the writing on the newly installed window, the other photos are glass found the day after installation and the last photo is glass I picked up tonight.Posted on Google
Jan Farnsworth1 September 2023They were awesome to work with. The installers Raul and Joel were amazing. Very professional, cleaned up after themselves, answered all my questions. I highly recommend Moyes glass if you need a new sliding glass door!Posted on Google
Denise Carlos1 September 2023I have had two doors replaced through Moyes in the last few months. Recently was a slider and both times Cesar and son Julio did it. They were simply awesome and did an amazing job. They knew I was really nervous about damage and they had to take my porch railing apart. Door and railing looks amazing and the customer service was exemplary. I would recommend them to anyone. Love these guys!Posted on Google

Cut them for me as I waited and carried it to my vehicle. Awesome service!!Posted on Google

Daris Kody Killian17 March 2023I went in to get a bid and was greeted promptly and kindly. There was a good feeling to be enjoyed there. Caitlyn helped me, got information i asked for without a hastle and when i had another question she willingly asked a manager that was more than willing to help considering my situation and even recommending two good options one being less expensive if i needed that (which I did but needed a step up in quality more). Thankyou. I didnt buy at that moment, but Ill certainly visit them again.Posted on Google

Lauren Johnston10 November 2022We had a Phantom screen installed for our large sliding door. Jeremy was very professional and helpful. After we had someone walk in to our big screen at a party, we called Jeremy to help. He fixed it very quickly and described the problem thoroughly. He reinstalled the screen in minutes. We were thrilled we didn’t have to replace the entire screen.Posted on Google
Jennifer Doxey4 November 2022I have to say, I never thought we'd buy new windows, until our house caught on fire. You can imagine my fear of even starting to look at the reality of finding a company who is fair, honest, and has the best products. Well, I found all of this and more at Moyes Glass! We worked with Aubry O'Neal and I just wish every other company we have had to deal with had their own "Aubry "! She worked so hard in giving us quotes, listening to what we wanted and informing of what was available. She spent a lot of time answering questions and always made sure we were comfortable in this very expensive decision. My husband and I felt the way Aubry made us feel, helped make our decision easy. We had other quotes from other glass companies, but nothing even came close to our experience, the price and quality from Aubry and Moyes. Don't waste your time with other companies. Call Moyes Glass and ask for Aubry. She will restore your faith in those who care about you and your business!Posted on Google
Jane Harvey2 November 2022Aubry has been very helpful explaining options and different benefits from various window and door products as we navigate so many decisions for our house. We definitely recommend Moyes Glass!Posted on Google

Dave Dodart25 October 2022UPDATE: 10/25/2022 I wanted to come back and edit this review from 1 to 5 stars. Even though Moyes didn't ask me to, I think it's important to recognize when a company tries to do the right thing. Landon reached out to me over the weekend, and after a brief discussion it was clear that there had been a misunderstanding about the repair work I was in need of. Jeremy came out today and was very thorough and professional, and had the repairs completed quickly. Not only is my storm/security door no longer falling off the house, it's opens and closes better than it ever has. Thanks guys! Original review - I've normally had really good service from Moyes in the past. This time however I spent over a day trying to get our front screen door repaired, only to finally be told today by Alec that Moyes isn't interested in doing the repair, because they didn't initially install the door. This was a missed opportunity as I had hoped to also discuss a getting a new front door, as well as replacements for our basement windows. Business must be good, so I guess I'll spend my money elsewhere.Posted on Google
Alexis Twitchell19 October 2022We had Moyes Glass order our windows and doors. Aubry took care of us from start to finish and was always happy to help when we had questions or changed our minds on previous decisions.Posted on Google
Maddy Doxey14 October 2022Aubry O'Neal has been phenomenal and professional in helping my family get new windows during our rebuild. Moyes Glass has been a great company to work with and I definitely recommend them!Posted on Google
Nick Romney23 September 2022Cody came out to bring us our screens. Great customer awareness. He took off his shoes without being asked when he was in our home. When installing the sliding screen door, he could have just done it and left. But he pointed out rocks and dirt in the track and we got it cleaned before he installed the screen. That was huge for us. Gave us some pointers for troubleshooting, should anything go wrong. If the screens are as good as the customer service, then we'll be in great shape.Posted on Google
Ted & Jamie Lucas26 August 2022We have had a great experience working with the team at Moyes Glass. Experience on our bid and estimate have been great. Margo10 June 2022I bought windows from Moyes Glass in 2014. They've been wonderful. I had a company come and clean my windows inside and out in 2019. My windows have been hard to slide since then, but they were getting worse all the time. I finally called Moyes and they made an appointment for Jeremy to come check them. I forgot to ask if the guy that came was actually Jeremy, but he was wonderful. He found that all of the tracks had been put in backwards and he fixed them all. The windows slide perfectly again. I'm really sorry I waited so long to find out what was wrong with them. Also, Jeremy arrived a few minutes before the time window I was given. I've always like Moyes Glass, but now I'm a super fan. Thanks a bunch!Posted on Google

Denise Gonzalez23 February 2022I'm rating this business a 5 because I couldn't be happier with the service. We had initially contacted them to help us with my front foor glass window but I ended up canceling because my husband's friend said he can help us. Well the friend came to check it out but he seem unsure about doing the job so instead of him just letting us know that he was unable to help us he ghosted us. Long story short Brady who was coming to take measurements beforehand let me know that if I still ended up needing help to contact him and I did! He came the same day to take measurements and got our order put in for our glass. It hasn't even been a week and he was able to get us our custom glass! I seriously couldn't be any more grateful for this guy! He went above and beyond to make sure that we were taken care of, so I just really wanted to give him a shout out to let him know that we truly appreciate the great customer service we received!! Thank you Brady!Posted on Google
Ylonda Gardner23 December 2021They have a great customer service, friendly. When I needed glass replacement for a shelf in a fridge they was able to help that was about 5 years ago. Recently was needed a stainless steel replacement track for my sliding door. Went out of their way in order to figure if the had which I got their last one. Wanted to get estimate for replacement windows in my mobile home and they seem to be the only company that seem to care about individual people.Posted on Google

Geoffrey Parker23 November 2021We had six windows, a sliding glass door, a new door to the outside from our mud room installed and two existing windows reset! The installers which came over did a fantastic job and they were great to work with. They were professional, worked efficiently and did great work. Working with the staff to get these ordered and scheduled was great and they showed up as expected with no issues. Besides on here, I'm already recommending them to our friends and family!Posted on Google

Robert Waggoner26 October 2021Pleased with product and install. Didn't receive bill for remainder due. Office called twice within 2-3 business days asking for payment. Said I hadn't received a bill - was told they put wrong zip code on 1st call on 2nd call was told they used wrong city and therefore it got returned to them. Didn't wait for new bill to arrive went and paid it. Seemed like they thought we were trying to dodge paying the bill. Received no apology for their mistake.Posted on Google
Lindsey Elaine4 October 2021We had a great experience with Moyes. My husband added a master bathroom and we needed shower glass. From quoting to installation, everyone was professional and gave us all the information we needed. The price was competitive and the service was top notch. We had 2 other companies come out and quote the job but we felt the most comfortable with Moyes, I’m so glad we made the decision to have them do the job! (Ignore the dirty shower pan in the picture, we had not cleaned up from the ceiling work)Posted on Google

Zach Fortier10 June 2021I needed an aluminum framed window manufactured. First I went to Bennett's glass and after waiting 30 min to be helped the guy told me no he couldn't make the frame and that no one could. He hadn't seen aluminum windows 25 year. Best to just get a new one. So I called Moyes guess what they said they could make it and it would be ready in less than a week.... It was ready in four days. And was exactly what I asked for. A perfect fit. I highly recommend them. They still care about the customer.Posted on Google
Charlie Holland14 May 2021Overall, I had great experience in working with Moyes Glass of Ogden. Tiffany was great to work with even when there was a misunderstanding with scheduling / installation on my part. Jeremy the installer, showed up on time and had the door installed in no time. He even took the additional time to relocate the doorbell button and answer all of my questions. I would highly recommend Moyes Glass.Posted on Google
Garrett Kemp24 February 2021Moyes did an amazing job for me. I had two cracked windows on a home I was purchasing. I needed creative solutions because I had less than 1 week to figure out a fix and report it to my lender in order to close on the home. Jeremy and Tiffany were amazing! We came in the shop on a Saturday. Tiffany LISTENED to our needs and helped us fix our problem. She arranged for jeremy to come ASAP and when he arrives the following Tuesday. Jeremy arrived with an understanding of what needed to be done (good communication between everyone) and he was able to help us schedule a fix while temporarily making the windows safe and helping us purchase our new home! We owe it to Jeremy, Tiffany and Moyes glass for getting us into our new home! Thanks Moyes!Posted on Google

Georgia Dinsdale30 September 2020I had a very good experience with Moyes Glass all along the way. Landon was helpful, kind, and considerate when I called in a fluster. My sliding glass door was shattered by the gardener while weed wacking, it was the same day the strong winds hit the area. He ordered the new glass and Marcus installed it 3 weeks later, the double paned stationary side. Marcus arrived at exactly 11:00 as I was told, he cleaned up as he went, and I felt very comfortable having him in my home. He even adjusted my screen door and added a piece the builder missed so the latch would work. He also used his silicone spray to get rid of the squeel while opening and closing the screen door. I am very satisfied and would highly recommend Moyes Glass. Excellent work.Posted on Google

One point of feedback was the amount of time it took to get him out here finally. Jeremy is the only one that does these installs and was booked out for several weeks. Moyes Glass would do well to hire more installers to get a faster turn around time on installs and so Jeremy can sell more of these awesome screen doors!Posted on Google

Karen Davis3 September 2019We purchased wood casement windows from Moyes Glass for a new home about 24 years ago. Over time, the screws on one of the windows started to strip out so it became increasingly difficult to close the window. When I contacted Moyes Glass, Jen called Jerimie to ask what needed to be done to repair the window. Jerimie relayed instructions so I could repair the window myself, but also said he would be happy to come to my home if I didn’t feel comfortable making the repair. I chose to make an appointment with Jerimie. He called to let me know he was on his way for the appointment, arrived during the scheduled time, and professionally repaired the window at a very reasonable price. I would not hesitate to purchase products from Moyes Glass in the future or have repairs made. Both Jen and Jerimie provided outstanding customer service.Posted on Google

Eva Kearney8 October 2018The technicians were curtious and paid attention to details! They waited for someone to drop off an L-Channel needed to fit the new patio door and casement window to our vynal siding instead of leaving and rescheduling. When there was a gap between our new patio door and cement riser, the technician Cesar came up with a creative solution that yielded a finished and clean look we were very pleased with! The only issue was the casement window we ordered was a bit too small vertically for the preexsisting opening. We were informed they come in specific sizes and the next size up would not have worked. The gaps in the casement window were filled with caulking (hoping that holds up over time). All in all, we are happy with our experience and would choose Moyes Glass again.Posted on Google

Lindsay Carpenter8 January 2018I am so pleased with the service I received from Moyes. I am a local real estate agent and needed an estimate for some damaged windows before a certain deadline passed. I called after hours and had to leave a voicemail. The office called me back the very next morning and was able to send Jerimie out within a matter of hours. Jerimie’s customer service was nothing but professional and top notch. He explained everything in detail and provided very educated responses to all my questions. I would highly recommend Moyes and will definitely use them again in the future.Load more
